Contentment

I am taking a financial class through my church and so far the main focus is that God owns everything. Nothing is mine, it's all His. So I am trying to be content with what He lets me "borrow" of His. I am in need of nothing. God takes care of us and He has given me everything I need to live happy, healthy, Godly lives.

Therefore if you have not been faithful in the use of worldly wealth, who will entrust the true riches to you? Luke 16:11

Everything in the heavens and earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as being in control of everything. Riches and honor come from you alone, and you are the Ruler of all mankind; your hand controls power and might, and it is at your discretion that men are made great and given strength. 1 Chronicles 29:11-12

Please pray for my contentment. Most of the world is selfish and greedy and I don't want to be those things anymore. :D

I love my friend Angela!

The journaling says:

My best friends Angela, Peter, Ethan and Hayden.
Angela has such confidence in God and His faithfulness
in answering our prayers. She is such an inspiration
to me, always turning to the Lord, not only in times
of trouble but also in times of happiness. Showing me
all the ways the Lord is good to us. I thank her for that.

This is for the Faithbooking Friends Jan Challenge and the Jan Got to Love Flowers Challenge.

I chose verse 3 John 4 for my scripture:
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
I also added another page with a hinge for some extra journaling. It reads:
I never want to let you go out into this scary world all alone. But with my faith in God, I can trust you will be safe with Him by your side. God gave me you two angels to train up so that one day you will fly on your own and spread God's love yourselves. I love you.

It is a lot more glittery gold irl. All the letters are sprayed with Gold. I didn't use that many flowers but I hope that chipboard counts!
